Built For The Deals That Matter

Nigeria sits at the centre of one of the world’s most critical agricultural supply chains. With world-class producers like Dangote Fertilizer Limited, Indorama Eleme Petrochemical Limited, and Notore Chemical Industries Plc supplying granulated urea to global markets, the opportunity is immense.

Exelglobe exists precisely for this gap. We remove the friction of cross-border deal execution so producers focus on manufacturing and buyers focus on distribution.

Exelglobe
What We Do

Four disciplines. One seamless transaction.

Deal Structuring

From first contact to signed agreement — we architect every transaction using internationally recognized legal instruments that protect all parties.

Legal Compliance

NEPC export documentation, Form NXP management, ICC arbitration clauses, and full regulatory alignment under Nigerian export laws.

Transaction Management

We handle the full execution lifecycle. Port coordination, inspection logistics, cargo aggregation, delivery verification, and payment reconciliation — managed from a single point of contact.

Learning & Development

We don't just trade. We teach. Our commodity trading education programmes are equipping the next generation of African trade professionals with real-world skills from active deal-makers.

Why Global Buyers Choose Exelglobe.

Vetted Supply. Guaranteed Quality.

Direct access to Nigeria’s largest urea producers, Dangote Fertilizer Limited, Indorama Eleme Petrochemical Limited, and Notore Chemical Industries Plc, with full quality assurance documentation, certifi ed inspection, and zero counterfeits. You know exactly what you’re buying before it leaves port.

Real-Time Market Intelligence.

Nigerian urea export prices move with global supply dynamics. We give our buyers real-time pricing guidance and urea market forecasting,  so you buy with knowledge, not guesswork.

Flexible Cargo Aggregation.

You shouldn’t need to buy a full shipload to access Nigerian urea. Exelglobe aggregates smaller buyer volumes, consolidating orders from multiple verified buyers, with a minimum of 3,000 metric tonnes per order, into parcels that meet producer thresholds. You get the access. We handle the complexity.

Operating Within Nigeria's Formal Trade Architecture.

Exelglobe operates in alignment with Nigeria’s Export Promotion Council (NEPC), the Africa Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) framework, and Nigeria’s Investments and Securities Act 2025, as a registered physical trade intermediary, not a commodity broker. We are building the kind of institutional credibility that serious global trade demands.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Exelglobe a commodity broker?

Exelglobe Resources Ltd acts as a commercial intermediary, connecting Nigerian urea producers with international buyers and facilitating physical product transactions. Buyers and sellers enter into supply agreements directly, with Exelglobe’s role and responsibilities defined in the relevant commercial agreements.

Exelglobe specialises in cargo aggregation, which means we can facilitate transactions at volumes below a full vessel parcel. Minimum order volumes depend on vessel availability, loading schedules, and current market conditions. Contact us directly with your volume requirements, and we will advise on what is feasible.

Exelglobe facilitates transactions sourced from Nigeria’s three primary world-class urea producers: Dangote Fertilizer Limited, Indorama Eleme Petrochemical Limited, and Notore Chemical Industries Plc. These companies produce granulated urea to international export specifications.

Transaction timelines vary based on volume, payment instrument processing, vessel availability, and port schedules. From a qualified enquiry to cargo delivery, a well-structured transaction typically takes between 30 and 60 days. We provide a realistic timeline projection during the deal structuring phase.

Exelglobe structures transactions using internationally recognised payment instruments, including Letters of Credit (LC), Deferred Letters of Credit (DLC), and documentary collection arrangements. The specific instrument is agreed during deal structuring based on the buyer’s financing position and the producer’s requirements.

All urea facilitated by Exelglobe is subject to pre-shipment inspection by an internationally accredited inspection body (SGS or Cotecna). A Certificate of Analysis from the producer and a pre-shipment inspection report are included in the full shipping document set provided to the buyer.
